Pritchard Commercial Service Center (CSC) has undergone a major expansion driven by Pritchard Companies’ success in securing exclusive national parts offerings alongside its commercial OEM partners. As part of this growth, the business is rebranding to Commercial Service & Parts (CSP), effective immediately.

"We are excited about this expansion and the new opportunities it brings," said Guy Perkins, commercial service director. "This rebrand and growth are a testament to the trust our customers have placed in us, and we’re committed to ensuring a positive ownership experience throughout the entire lifecycle of the vehicle.”

This expansion strengthens its ability to provide a comprehensive, one-stop solution for all commercial customers, offering top-tier service, parts, accessory installation, upfits, recalls, and warranty support on a national scale.

“We are thrilled to enhance our offerings and are confident that this strategic growth will allow us to better serve our current customers and attract new ones, further differentiating us from competitors in the marketplace,” the company said in a press release.

To ensure it delivers exceptional customer service, the company also rolled out new tools to enhance accessibility and responsiveness.

These include a dedicated toll-free parts hotline at 888-929-5819 and a direct email for both parts and service at CSP@pritchards.com. Customers can continue to expect industry-leading response times of two business hours or less, according to the company.

New Commercial Parts Manager

Additionally, Gary Thorpe has joined the team as the new commercial parts manager. With over 41 years of experience in the automotive parts industry, Thorpe brings valuable expertise to the team and will be instrumental in further elevating our service standards.
