Nat G CNG Solutions based in Houston, Texas, announced that it is introducing its new DuraDrive bi-fuel CNG System from AGA Systems into Texas and Louisiana. DuraDrive brings bi-fuel CNG technology to the 2013 General Motors and Isuzu adaptable chassis platforms powered by the 6.0L gaseous prep engine. The system is available for both above and below 14,000 GVW vehicle classes.
The fully EPA-Certified system is now available for the GMC and Chevy Cutaway Vans, Utility Service Body, Bed Delete, and Isuzu NPR trucks that are widely used for delivery, transportation, industrial, and vocational truck service, according to the company. Nat G CNG Solutions offers these vehicles with an extensive range of DOT approved CNG cylinders in various sizes and configurations to meet the customer’s needs.
“We are enthusiastic about bringing the AGA DuraDrive platform to Texas and Louisiana,” said Bob Lukefahr, Co-CEO of Nat G CNG Solutions. “This fills a key market need by offering a medium-duty service vehicle that can run on both gasoline and natural gas. With AGA’s proven track record of reliability and innovation, fleet customers are able to move with confidence to this new platform and begin saving 50 percent or more on their fuel bill right away.”
Nat G CNG Solutions has begun taking orders for the new DuraDrive system and expects to begin deliveries of new vehicles with the system installed later this month.
