The Learning Hub features different categories, including commonly asked questions around JDI products and their uses, educational blog articles designed for repairers and their customers, product videos demonstrating the use of shop equipment, and eBooks on shop equipment, TPMS, and fuel handling.

Users can type in a question in the search bar or browse categories to find the topics they’re interested in or answers they are looking for. The Learning Hub, combined with JDI’s Digital Product Showrooms, makes the JDI website an informational resource for professional technicians.

“Based on the established rapport and trust we have built with our customers over the last 35 years, it’s common for us to provide guidance on choosing the right automotive repair equipment, even outside of our own product lines,” said Robert Christy, president of JohnDow Industries. “With the Learning Hub, we were able to take our in-house expertise and provide insightful content for customers when they’re researching shop equipment to make a buying decision.”

In November of 2021, JohnDow Industries (JDI) announced the launch of its redesigned JohnDow.com website. The website includes product searchability on every page, interactive digital product showrooms, and ways to discover products based on how customers prefer to search each of JDI’s three divisions.

“This new section of the JohnDow website further supports one of our Core Principles, “Our customers are our everything,” said Heather King, director of Marketing at JDI. “Sharing this knowledge is more than simply providing information, it positions JohnDow as part of the buying journey where we can build trust before, during and after a purchase.”
