Road Ready recently launched Road Ready University, an online learning platform designed to help users get the most out of their Road Ready system. Through online guides and step-by-step tutorials, users learn how to install hardware, navigate the Fus1on dashboard, and interpret trailer data to boost efficiency and uptime.
Enrollees in Road Ready University follow self-paced training modules for every user role, from installers and maintenance teams to fleet managers and executives. Designated outsourced maintenance facilities and leasing operations can also utilize the program to maximize system benefits for the equipment owner.
Training Simplifies Onboarding
The design of Road Ready University’s training program simplifies onboarding new employees and efficiently trains all fleet personnel new to the Road Ready system. Since the program is self-directed, there is no need to pull skilled staff away from their regular duties.
Series of Learning Modules
Once a user enrolls in Road Ready University, they complete a series of modules that teach them about the hardware and software components of the Road Ready system.
Road Ready Tech Support and fleet management can monitor course completion rates to assess how users are progressing. Training progress is tracked and reported to the fleet weekly.
Once the Road Ready University course is finished, enrollees can install, troubleshoot, and operate the system efficiently for the fleet’s benefit.
