North America Fuel Systems Remanufacturing LLC (NAFSR) celebrated its 10 year anniversary yesterday with an employee event and remarks by the mayor of Kentwood.
NAFSR is a joint venture between Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing LLC and Bosch that produces remanufactured fuel products for heavy duty trucks. The product portfolio includes wide range of fuel system products that have been revitalized to original equipment specifications.
The partnership with Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing and Bosch leverages the unique attributes of each organization.
“The partnership represents the essence of collaboration. With Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing’s expertise in remanufacturing and Bosch’s technical prowess we have created a tremendous partnership,” said Brian Lewallen, president of Detroit Remanufacturing and board member of NAFSR. “Here at NAFSR we are proud to have produced over one million parts for the aftermarket industry, as well as providing hundreds of product variants to support customers’ needs,” added Lewallen.
NAFSR has launched new products within the last 24 months that have driven revenue growth. This enhanced product portfolio has also increased customer satisfaction by providing more product options.
In addition to a commitment to the remanufacturing business, NAFSR practices good corporate citizenship. “NAFSR has been a great company for the community through its employment of residents and reinvestment through volunteer work and support of local technical colleges,” said Kentwood Mayor Stephen Kepley. “The City of Kentwood is proud to be a partner, and looks forward to NAFSR’s continued success.”
