  • Quaker Windows & Doors: Delivered 4% in fuel savings and 22% savings from declined transactions, driven primarily by their effective use of spend controls with Motive Card.
  • National DCP: Captured 9% in card savings and 19% in fraud and waste-related savings with Motive Card.
  • Siddons-Martin Emergency Group: Reviewed nearly 80% of the safety events Motive’s AI identified in 2025, building the muscle it takes to provide quick, relevant coaching in an industry where every second counts.
  • Consolidated Electrical Distributors: Achieved the highest rate of reviewed coaching events across any Motive customer in their category. They built a program drivers want to be a part of and a coaching culture where every team member is committed to professional excellence.
  • Encore Luxury Coaching: Achieved a 0.56 collisions per million miles in 2025, the lowest rate of any mid-size fleet in our customer base, alongside a 52% drop in safety events.
  • FirstFleet: Achieved a 63% reduction in critical safety events and dramatic improvement in safety performance across their operation with exceptional progress in reducing fatigue-related driving events.
  • Kamps Logistics: Drove a 26% increase in their average fleet Safety Score from 2024 through 2025, and a 36% reduction in safety events per million miles.
  • Heartland: Delivered a 24% gain in fleet safety score from 2024 to 2025, alongside a 27% reduction in safety events per million miles.
  • Turismos y Autobuses México Toluca: Decreased safety events by 89% and increased their fleet safety score by 11%, setting a global benchmark for what AI-powered safety can do.
  • STEP Energy Services: Decreased safety events by 18% and held their collision rate to 1.2 per million miles.
  • Chyone Logistics: Reduced risky driving events by 67% within ten days of enabling AI Dashcam Plus in-cab alerts.
