Gridline, a provider of telematics and data solutions, announced the strategic acquisition of the Shell Telematics business. The transaction is designed to bolster Gridline’s market leadership and expand its capabilities in the rapidly growing telematics sector, while making enhanced data capabilities available to Shell customers.

Furthermore, a non-exclusive referral agreement between the two companies will open new revenue streams by offering Shell clients access to Gridline’s cutting-edge telematics services.
