Black Fleet Network and Sourcewell are partnering to make fleet education and professional development more accessible across the industry.

The new collaboration will deliver training, webinars, and in-person opportunities designed to help fleet professionals build stronger connections, boost efficiency, and gain practical insights they can use every day.

Black Fleet Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on creating equity, access, and advancement for Black and African American professionals in fleet management and mobility, has long championed education as a path to opportunity. Partnering with Sourcewell, a government organization known for its cooperative purchasing programs, training, and resources that help public and nonprofit entities operate more efficiently, extends that mission even further.

“Collaborating with Black Fleet Network allows us to extend the value of Sourcewell’s cooperative expertise into new spaces of learning and connection,” said Andy Campbell, Director of Cooperative Contracts at Sourcewell. “Together, we’re helping organizations maximize their purchasing power through education that fuels efficiency and resilience.”

According to Exavious Farley, Founder and CEO of Black Fleet Network, the partnership is about more than shared programs. 

“This partnership is defined by a mutual commitment to equipping fleet professionals with tools and connections that reinforce leadership and drive organizational growth,” he said.
