Air Lift Company Appoints New President and CEO
Air Lift Company has appointed John Aleva, who has two decades of executive leadership experience, as its new president and CEO.

Air Lift Company, a global leader in the automotive aftermarket, has announced the addition of John Aleva as its new president and chief executive officer.
This marks a significant milestone, Air Lift said in a statement, by fueling its commitment to product excellence, customer growth, and continued leadership in the aftermarket space.
“John’s deep experience in the automotive aftermarket and his strategic mindset are exactly what Air Lift needs as we enter our next phase of growth,” said Jim Parson, chairman of the board of directors. “His leadership style, operational discipline, and passion for excellence align perfectly with our values and mission. We’re confident John will help reinforce Air Lift’s position as an industry leader while unlocking new growth opportunities.”
Two Decades of Executive Experience
Aleva brings more than two decades of executive leadership and operational expertise to Air Lift, with a demonstrated track record of accelerating growth through clear strategy, disciplined execution, and high-impact team leadership.
He previously served as the president of Horizon Americas, the president and COO at Leer Group, and as a board member and equity owner of bROK Products.
Aleva’s Duties at Air Lift Company
As president and CEO, John will be responsible for the entire operations of Air Lift Company. The company said his leadership will be instrumental in guiding Air Lift’s long-term strategic direction while continuing to deliver best-in-class products and service to customers worldwide.
