Peterbilt Named a 2025 Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation
Peterbilt has been named by Women in Trucking (WIT) as a 2025 Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation and was also among the Elite 30.

For an eighth consecutive year, Peterbilt has been honored as a Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation by the Women In Trucking (WIT) Association.

Peterbilt has been honored as a 2025 Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation by the Women In Trucking (WIT) Association, marking the eighth consecutive year of this distinction. Peterbilt was also named among the Elite 30, highlighting the companies that received the highest number of votes for this recognition.
“In an industry that keeps the country moving, this recognition reaffirms we’re moving in the right direction, empowering and championing talented employees that contribute to our success,” said Tina Albert, Peterbilt assistant general manager, operations.
Since its introduction in 2018, the Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation program has advanced WIT’s mission to recognize organizations that actively support the employment, development and promotion of women across the transportation industry.
“Peterbilt takes great pride in the strength of its diverse workforce,” said Jake Montero, Peterbilt general manager and Paccar vice president. “Earning recognition as a Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation underscores our ongoing commitment to foster an inclusive culture where all employees can thrive.”
Peterbilt said it continues to champion initiatives, including the Peterbilt Diversity Council, the Peterbilt Women’s Initiative Network (PBWIN), and other employee resource groups to create a workforce that drives innovation and success.
