TSOA & TSOA Fleet Name 2022 Driver of the Quarter Awards
TSOA and TSOA Fleet announced three driver awards for the first quarter of 2022.

TSOA, Transport Solutions of America, a vehicle transport company focused on servicing the fleet industry of North America, announced its Q1 2022 Driver of the Quarter awards. In addition, TSOA Fleet, a vehicle transport company focused on servicing the fleet industry In Canada, announced its Q1 2022 Driver of the Quarter.
Drivers are selected based on safe driving miles, DOT compliance, vehicle care, compliance with vehicle condition reporting and other required TSOA and client documentation. TSOA recruits, trains and manages drivers in a unique way that provides an exceptional customer experience each and every time.
“Our drivers are the key to our success so we make sure they are poised to meet all of the customer’s needs. Our driver recognition program is designed to award drivers for making our customer experiences memorable. Therefore, we show them we care through excellent pay, training, communication and recognition.” said Tim Williamson, TSOA’s Founder and CEO.
2022 Q1 Driver of the Quarter
TSOA recognized driver Tangelo McKnight as its Q1 2022 Driver of the Quarter. McKnight hails from Daytona Beach, Florida. She has been with TSOA for about a year and drove over 43,000 miles over 52 runs in the first quarter. McKnight was selected for her flexibility, teamwork, positive attitude, efficiency and communication.
Sydney Kirkpatrick, TSOA Dispatcher said of McKnight , “She is fast and efficient, has great communication, completing her runs on time with accuracy and is always willing to help!”
When awarded this recognition, Tangelo commented, “TSOA has given me the opportunity to do something I love (traveling) and get paid well while doing so. To be acknowledged and appreciated is certainly an amazing feeling. Most importantly TSOA has an awesome team that is motivated to help drivers, and that is truly what separates TSOA from other Driveaway companies. I am thankful for the appreciation.”
2022 Q1 Driver of the Quarter: Upfitter Division
TSOA is proud to recognize driver Robert Taylor as its Q1 2022 Upfitter Division Driver of the Quarter. Taylor was selected for his reliability, flexibility, safety, and compliance with all client, TSOA and DOT requirements. Taylor has driven over 20,000 miles over 18 runs in the first quarter.
Troy Bryant, TSOA Upfitter Division Manager said of Taylor, “He is an efficient, self-starter, planner who just gets it right, every time safely for our clients!” When awarded this recognition, Robert commented, “TSOA has an awesome platform. It’s a good, hands-on driving experience, well organized staff who are always there to lend a helping hand. I enjoy working for TSOA. Thank you for the opportunity!”
2022 Q1 Driver of the Quarter: TSOA Fleet
TSOA Fleet is proud to recognize driver Merrill McSpadden as its Q1 2022 Driver of the Quarter. McSpadden has been driving for TSOA Fleet for just under thjree years. He is being recognized for his reliability, flexibility, dedication, compliance with required documentation, and safe driving record.
