ANKENY, IOWA - OEM and aftermarket manufacturer SPAL USA introduced a new line of blowers featuring sealed motors to deliver improved interior air circulation in on- and off-highway applications.

The SPAL blowers are available in 12-volt and 24-volt, single- and double-wheel models to suit most any HVAC system need.  Featuring new sealed motors, the blowers can now be used in exterior, exposed air circulation applications, such as compartment venting or ducting cool air to a thermal core.

"As part of our continuous improvement process, these new blowers boast an IP6K9K rated waterproof and dustproof construction - an increase over our previous motors - that allows them to fully operate in harsh conditions where dust, water and debris are a concern," said Tom Phillips, chief operating officer, SPAL USA.  "They're rugged enough to handle demanding industrial applications like agricultural and construction equipment while still delivering SPAL's superior cooling performance."

Additional benefits of the new blowers include less weight, increased life and enhanced sound emission quality.  These high-efficiency blowers are an upgrade to previous options and feature the same dimensions to remain low-profile, lightweight and easy-to-install where space is limited.

SPAL blower assemblies are dynamically balanced to ensure low vibration and quiet operation.  SPAL USA offers single-, three- and four-speed versions, as well as a selection of adjustable rectangular and circular louvers to complete a system design.

Warranted against defects in material and workmanship for three years from date of production, SPAL fans and accessories can be purchased direct from SPAL USA at www.spalusa.com or through an authorized SPAL USA dealer.

SPAL USA is located at 1731 SE Oralabor Rd., Ankeny, Iowa, 50021.  Contact SPAL USA at 800.345.0327, fax 800.654.7725 or visit www.spalusa.com.
