REP Inspection Services has launched professional inspection services for trucks, trailers, and equipment across the commercial vehicle industry.

The company is led by Michael Gaskill, chief operating officer, a seasoned industry professional with more than 30 years of experience inspecting equipment, training inspectors, and managing inspection teams. REP Inspection Services was co-founded by Ethan Nadolson, president and CEO of SOARR, a digital platform for commercial truck and equipment inventory management, appraisal, and remarketing.

The company soft-launched at the Used Truck Association meeting in November in San Diego, where it was introduced to industry partners and dealers.

REP Inspection Services utilizes the SOARR platform to deliver consistent, data-driven inspection reports. Inspection offerings include full equipment specifications, high-resolution photos, walkaround video, and diagnostics when applicable.

For current SOARR dealers, inspection data flows directly into their existing systems, eliminating duplicate data entry and accelerating workflows across inventory, sales, and remarketing.

“Timely, high-quality inspections are essential to keeping the industry moving,” said Gaskill. “Accurate data, consistent reporting, and fast turnaround times allow our customers to make confident decisions. REP Inspection Services was built to deliver inspections the right way- on time, detailed, and dependable.”

The integration with SOARR technology allows inspection data to move seamlessly from the field into dealership systems, creating immediate value for dealers already using the platform.

“Mike and I have been discussing the need for a dedicated inspection service like this for a long time,” said Ethan Nadolson, co-founder of REP Inspection Services and president and CEO of SOARR. “The SOARR platform makes this a natural fit. By pairing Mike’s decades of inspection expertise with SOARR’s technology, REP Inspection Services delivers inspection data that is immediately usable and aligned with how dealers manage their business today.”

REP Inspection Services supports dealers, remarketers, fleets, and finance groups, offering inspections designed to meet the demands of modern inventory and remarketing operations.
