PHH Arval has opened its first commercial truck center in the country in Virginia Beach to offer its off-lease truck inventory, the fleet management company announced Thursday.
The Commercial Truck Center of Virginia, which is located at 740 S. Military Highway, will offer a venue for the remarketing of PHH used light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks.

"The Port of Norfolk and large military presence supports a number of independent freight and transport businesses that will find value in our inventory of used trucks," said Tom Keilty, PHH Arval's COO and senior vice president. "In addition, CTC of Virginia will enhance returns for our customers' leased assets by providing a retail channel of distribution for off-lease vehicles."
The center offers a large selection of trucks that would be a good fit for small business contractors such as plumbers, electricians, and general contracting companies.
