Palfinger Announces Promotions for North American Executives
Palfinger has announced three key leadership promotions in engineering, operations, and procurement in the North American market.

unknown nodePalfinger, a producer of crane and lifting solutions, announced the recent promotions of three key leaders in its North American business. Rob Engdahl, Jason Holt, and Gustavo Rigon have assumed new roles at Palfinger.
“We are proud to recognize the exceptional contributions of Rob, Jason, and Gustavo with these well-deserved promotions,” said Ismael Daneluz, Palfinger vice president of sales and service for North and Latin America. “Their leadership and expertise are crucial to our ongoing efforts to strengthen our presence and capabilities in North America, ensuring we continue to deliver superior lifting solutions to our customers in the region.”
Rob Engdahl, Head of Engineering
Rob Engdahl has been appointed head of engineering, global stiff boom cranes, while continuing in his role as senior director of engineering for North America.
Engdahl, who has a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nebraska, has been with Palfinger for a decade and has held various product design and engineering leadership positions in the North American region.
Palfinger said his expanded role underscores his strategic vision and technical expertise, which are crucial to advancing the company’s global engineering initiatives.
Jason Holt, VP of Operations
Jason Holt has been named vice president of operations, North America, and will be a member of the company’s global operations team.
Holt first joined Palfinger in 2013 and has held several executive leadership roles in plant management and operations over the past 11 years.
He has been serving as interim vice president of operations for North America since Jan. 1, and will continue to be based in Palfinger’s manufacturing facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Gustavo Rigon, VP of Regional Procurement
Gustavo Rigon has been named vice president of regional procurement, North America, and is based in Omaha, Nebraska.
He holds a degree in business from the University of Caxias do Sul and began his career with the company in 2005 in Brazil. Over the past 19 years, Rigon has held a number of managerial and leadership positions with Palfinger and was most recently director of procurement for North America.
