BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI – The new & improved Hino Air Deflector (G-MAD), manufactured by Global Vehicle Systems Inc., was re-launched on Aug. 15. This unique dealer accessory product provides a host of benefits, including a potentially sizeable reduction in fuel consumption. Global Vehicle Systems is also offering Hino dealers a calculator to help in quantifying these savings. The Excel-based Fuel Efficiency Calculator allows dealers to calculate fuel cost savings realized from installing the G-MAD wind deflector. This sales tool will provide specific calculations for virtually any range of driving situations, as well as results for either a purchase or truck lease scenario.
According to Global Vehicle Systems, for those customers who are considering the purchase of a Hino truck c/w a truck body, an investment in a G-MAD wind deflector can result in substantial fuel savings. The purchase can be financed entirely from realized cost savings over a relatively short period of time. Existing truck owners who are seeking reductions in their current fuel operating costs can also realize savings from adding the G-MAD to their existing fleet of trucks.
“Offering this accessory is an ideal approach to maintaining contact with your Hino customer base and to provide ongoing added value to your customer’s truck purchases,” said Marc Levesque, manager – business development.
The G-MAD deflector is available now through the Hino’s Parts Department. It is stocked in Hino white and can be supplied in any other color within one to two weeks. Contact Hino directly for pricing and delivery information.
Global is the exclusive supplier of the Hino Engineering approved wind deflector.
