Fleet Conversations and Connections at Work Truck Exchange 2026

Operations•Photos 15•November 3, 2026

Fleet challenges may look different from one operation to the next, but getting the right people together creates room to compare notes, ask questions, and share ideas. Work Truck Exchange 2026 brought that conversation to Scottsdale, Arizona, Sept. 23–25, alongside Heavy Duty Trucking Exchange.

Through roundtable discussions, focus groups, and scheduled one-on-one supplier meetings, fleet decision-makers explored the work of keeping their operations moving. The smaller event format gave attendees time to dig into questions and connect with peers who understand the demands behind the job.

There was also time for a little friendly competition. The Fleet Trivia Luncheon put industry knowledge to the test, while axe throwing, dinners, and receptions offered more opportunities to get to know the people behind the fleet titles. Because sometimes the next conversation starts with, “Nice throw.”
