Monroe Truck Equipment has announced the completion and launch of its most recent expansion - a dedicated upfitting facility to support commercial work truck customers located in Monroe, Wisconsin.
This location was built to better serve local, regional, and fleet customers, while also supporting the newly dedicated commercial work truck division in conjunction with Monroe Truck Equipment’s rebrand earlier this year.
Monroe Truck Equipment contracted several local construction and design companies to complete the new facility. The new location features two process line builds allowing for maximum upfit efficiency, an inline undercoat bay, a new cross-draft wet paint booth, and a custom overhead crane and rail system. These upgrades will streamline production, and provide space for the Monroe team to concentrate on innovation for commercial dealerships and end-user customers. Over 40 team members work in the new facility, and 15 jobs were created to support the growth of the company.
