Landi Technologies and American CNG, LLC have announced a strategic partnership that combines advanced engine technology, high-pressure fuel systems, vertically integrated cylinder production, and nationwide installation capabilities into a single RNG/CNG offering for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Fleet Management Companies (FMCs), dealers, and fleets across North America.
“This isn’t just a partnership — it’s a complete transformation of how RNG/CNG can be delivered to the market,” said Sam Johnson, CEO of American CNG. “Together with Landi, we’re removing the fragmentation that has long slowed down adoption. This will make it easy for customers to deploy clean, cost-effective natural gas vehicles nationwide.”
Complete Clean-Fuel Solution
For the first time, according to a shared press release, customers will have access to a fully integrated, warrantied, and certified Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) solution that includes:
Landi Technologies’ CARB- and EPA-certified engine systems with proprietary OEM-warranted software solutions. The company’s global footprint and advanced facilities produce some of the most sophisticated RNG/CNG components in the industry.
American CNG’s complete high-pressure RNG/CNG packages and DOT-certified cylinders.
A wide range of customized solutions for virtually every application in the light- and medium-duty Class 2-7 market.
Nationwide installation coverage, including drop ship and ship-thru options.
Seamless warranty, technical support, and streamlined procurement.
The partnership gives OEMs, FMCs, dealers, and fleets a single point of accountability and support, something the industry has long sought.
“With this groundbreaking partnership, we’re combining our world-class expertise in clean technologies with our proprietary software and American CNG’s deep expertise in high-pressure systems and manufacturing,” said Paul Shaffer, EVP of Landi Technologies. “This is the most complete RNG/CNG offering in the industry—and it’s built for scale.”
