Landi Renzo will offer compressed natural gas (CNG) versions of Ford's F-250 and F-350 pickup trucks that have been certified by the California Air Resources Board, the vehicle modifier has announced.
The Torrance, Calif.-based Landi Renzo will begin offering dedicated or bi-fuel CNG models of the Ford Super Duty trucks starting with the 2016 model year. The modifier converts trucks powered by the standard 6.2L V-8. Configurations include pickup, bed delete, and cab chassis, according to Landi Renzo.

The new trucks represent Landi Renzo's entry to the sub-14,000 GVWR market. The company now offers conversion of the Ford F-450/F-550, F-650, E-450 cutaway, F-53/59 stripped chassis, and multiple GM 6.0L engine offerings. The company is a Qualified Vehicle Modifier (QVM).
"Looking ahead to the 2016-MY Ford commercial platforms, we're excited for this new option and to be the only Ford QVM with both dedicated and bi-fuel solutions for the Super Duty F-250/F-350 and F-450/F-550 chassis," said Marc San Paolo, Landi Renzo's vice president sales and marketing.
Landi Renzo offers the trucks through its Ship-thru network available to Ford dealers.
