Kooner Fleet Management Solutions has launched FleetIQ, a new technology platform designed to help fleets streamline service operations, reduce downtime, and make more informed decisions through data and automation.
The company says FleetIQ combines predictive scheduling, automated dispatching, and real-time analytics to improve service delivery and technician efficiency. The platform connects field technicians, drivers, and office staff through a single digital system built for both desktop and mobile use.
“Fleets today face growing pressure to control costs, improve uptime, and manage compliance,” said Gary Kooner, founder and CEO of Kooner Fleet Management Solutions. “FleetIQ was designed to give operators the intelligence and tools they need to meet those challenges efficiently.”
Key Features and Capabilities
FleetIQ integrates with existing enterprise systems and telematics tools to provide a unified view of fleet health and operations.
Highlighted features include:
Predictive maintenance and analytics: Anticipates component failures and schedules replacements before breakdowns occur.
Automated dispatching: Matches technicians to jobs based on skill, location, and priority, optimizing routes in real time.
Integrated platform: Pre-connected with ERP, CRM, telematics, and routing systems for unified fleet visibility.
Two-way communication: Provides real-time updates between technicians, drivers, and dispatchers to improve transparency.
Mobile usability: Designed for field technicians, simplifying adoption and reducing training requirements.
Operational Impact
FleetIQ offers a centralized dashboard that connects fleet managers, dispatchers, billing teams, and field crews. According to early results from pilot customers, the platform has delivered measurable improvements, including:
40% faster service response times
30% reduction in vehicle downtime
25% fewer unnecessary work orders
“FleetIQ integrates ERP, CRM, telematics, and dispatch into a single control center,” said Michael Quimby, chief operating officer at Kooner Fleet Management Solutions. “It improves productivity, shortens response times, and enhances visibility without adding complexity.”
Growth and Expansion
Founded in 2016, Kooner Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) provides on-site fleet management, maintenance, and repair services across the U.S. and Canada. The company supports logistics, transportation, and enterprise customers in 26 states and has expanded its workforce by more than 2,600% since 2020.
Kooner FMS plans to hire more than 100 additional technicians and corporate employees in the coming year as part of its continued North American expansion.
