Diesel Fuel Prices Stabilize
After dropping as a result of the COVID-19 shutdowns, national average diesel fuel prices have stabilized in recent weeks. As of June 15, national average diesel fuel prices are sitting at $2.40 per gallon, down $0.67 from the same time last year and up barely 1 cent over last week.
Average diesel fuel prices experienced a continued drop between January 6, 2020 and May 4, 2020, staying mostly stable since early May with a marginal increase.

After dropping as a result of the COVID-19 shutdowns, national average diesel fuel prices have stabilized in recent weeks. As of June 15, national average diesel fuel prices are sitting at $2.40 per gallon, down $0.67 from the same time last year and up barely 1 cent over last week.
Average diesel fuel prices experienced a continued drop between Jan. 6 and May 4, staying mostly stable since early May with a marginal increase.
All regions report fuel prices down compared with one year ago, but only the New England region and Rocky Mountain region experienced any decresae this week. The West Coast continues to show the highest average diesel fuel prices at $2.93 per gallon, compared to the lowst prices in the Gulf Coast at $2.17 per gallon.
