ARI, a global fleet services provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets, has announced that it has acquired German company netcar24. The technology company develops and offers enterprise software solutions for the fleet management industry.
“We are so pleased to have netcar24 join the ARI family of companies,” said ARI President Carl Ortell. “netcar24 has a long history of developing groundbreaking products that help fleets operate more efficiently and transparently, which is directly in-line with ARI’s approach to fleet management. I believe their drive to offer state-of-the-art technology that provides real value will be a tremendous addition to ARI.”
The company currently provides full service remarketing and dealer management products. These unique software solutions are designed to ease administrative tasks and provide the tools necessary to reduce total cost of ownership.
“This is an exciting opportunity for netcar24 and it is an honor for us to become a part of the ARI family,” said Michael Deuse, the founder and director of global product development for netcar24.
In addition to netcar24’s current product offerings, the firm will support ARI’s ongoing European business integration and expansion, according to ARI. ARI recently acquired both Fleetlevel+ and HPI Fleet and Mobility, broadening its European fleet management footprint. ARI remains focused on servicing both local and multinational organizations in Europe with its industry leading technology and customer service solutions.
