MASSILLON, OHIO - A.R.E. offers its popular line of truck caps and tonneau covers for all cab and box configurations on the 2009 Ford F-150 pickup.

Designed according to the F-150 truck bed's exact size and shape, A.R.E.'s fiberglass truck cap and tonneau covers are painted to match using the OEM paint code for a high-quality appearance. The toppers and their painted finishes are backed by a limited lifetime warranty from A.R.E. for the life of the pickup truck they are originally installed on.

"Our truck caps and tonneau covers deliver increased functionality to Ford's latest F-Series, stowing items when not in use, protecting gear from harsh weather and keeping equipment safe from possible theft with our heavy-duty locks," explained Bryan Baker, director of marketing, A.R.E.  "Adding an A.R.E. topper is the ideal choice for drivers wanting to get the most utility possible from their trucks."

Currently available from A.R.E. for the 2009 F-150 are:

  • LSII Series - The ultimate custom-fitted hard tonneau cover, the LSII matches the style lines of the F-150 and features an exclusive Lift Assist gas strut system that makes it easy to open and close.

  • Z Series - Perfect for drivers seeking a sport utility look, this truck cap blends with the lines of the pickup and has a compound curve rear door and screen vent side windows.

  • V Series - A simple yet stylish truck cap, the V Series is designed for truck owners looking for a clean look and extra storage space on a budget.  The truck cap comes standard with a front picture window, dark tint side windows and a standard rear door with a locking handle.

  • Deluxe Commercial Unit (DCU) - Specially built to withstand the rigors of any work situation, from electrical and plumbing contractors to maintenance and delivery fleets, the DCU has a rugged, fully welded aluminum frame construction.  More than 200 options are available, including door and window configurations, toolboxes, custom ladder racks and cap height.
