The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) announced its 2022 officers and directors elected to the AEM Board of Directors and Agriculture and Construction Equipment Sector Boards during its annual business meeting, according to the company's press release.

AEM President Dennis Slater announced earlier this year that he will retire after 23 years at the helm of the organization. He was named an AEM Life Honorary Director.

“Throughout his nearly 40‐year career with AEM, Dennis has been a visionary leader in support of the equipment manufacturing industry,” said Steve W. Berglund, 2021 AEM chairman. “Under his leadership, AEM has built tremendous value and momentum for our members and the industry. On behalf of the AEM Board Directors, I thank him for his steadfast guidance and foresight in support of the association’s more than 1,000 member companies.”
