Expanded Fuel Savings

The 10-4 by WEX app provides nationwide diesel discounts to independent truckers, including owner-operators and small fleets. The free app was created to extend savings typically reserved for large carriers to smaller operations.

“Maverik’s addition to the network is a benefit to independent drivers and small fleets who deserve access to competitive fuel savings,” said Timothy Hampton, senior vice president and general manager of Over-the-Road at WEX.

Kerby Cate, senior director of fuel sales at Maverik, added, “Joining the 10-4 by WEX app network gives professional drivers convenient access to discounts across our 21-state footprint.”

Nationwide Coverage

In addition to Maverik, the 10-4 by WEX app provides discounts at thousands of locations nationwide. Partners include the 7FLEET Diesel Network (Speedway, Stripes, and 7-Eleven), Circle K, Love's Travel Stops, Sapp Bros., TA, Petro Stopping Centers, TA Express, RaceTrac, and Road Ranger.

Upcoming WEX OTR Summit

The expansion comes ahead of the WEX OTR Summit: The Road Ahead, scheduled for Oct. 1–3 in San Antonio, Texas. The two-day event will bring together over-the-road industry leaders for panels and discussions on topics such as fuel management, fraud protection, and payments technology.
