The California Air Resources Board (CARB) plans to hold a public meeting in April to discuss regulatory ideas for alternative diesel fuels, including biodiesel, renewable diesel, and other diesel fuel substitutes. CARB stated its goal is to conduct these meetings in order to develop a regulatory proposal for consideration by CARB in the fall of 2013.

The organization said it has a white paper that describes CARB’s initial regulatory concepts for an alternative diesel fuel regulation, which you can read here.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 23, from 10 am to 4 pm at the Cal/EPA Headquarters Building in Sacramento, California.
