Kooner Fleet Management Solutions has launched FleetIQ, a new technology platform designed to help fleets streamline service operations, reduce downtime, and make more informed decisions through data and automation.

The company says FleetIQ combines predictive scheduling, automated dispatching, and real-time analytics to improve service delivery and technician efficiency. The platform connects field technicians, drivers, and office staff through a single digital system built for both desktop and mobile use.

“Fleets today face growing pressure to control costs, improve uptime, and manage compliance,” said Gary Kooner, founder and CEO of Kooner Fleet Management Solutions. “FleetIQ was designed to give operators the intelligence and tools they need to meet those challenges efficiently.”

Founded in 2016, Kooner Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) provides on-site fleet management, maintenance, and repair services across the U.S. and Canada. The company supports logistics, transportation, and enterprise customers in 26 states and has expanded its workforce by more than 2,600% since 2020.

Kooner FMS plans to hire more than 100 additional technicians and corporate employees in the coming year as part of its continued North American expansion.
