Holman Announces Key Executive Leadership Appointments

Kristina Nicoles has been promoted to president and chief administrative officer at Holman, while Pete Dondlinger has been appointed president and chief operating officer.

Holman, a global automotive services leader, announced a pair of key executive appointments that are designed to strengthen and grow the organization’s core businesses while also continuing to enhance the employee and customer experience.
Pete Dondlinger has been appointed president and chief operating officer and will now oversee all of Holman’s commercial businesses.
Kristina Nicoles has been promoted to president and chief administrative officer, providing strategic leadership across the company’s various corporate services including human resources, corporate assets, marketing, information technology, and legal and compliance.
Both Dondlinger and Nicoles have also been named to Holman’s Board of Directors.

Dondlinger’s New Duties as COO

In his new role, Dondlinger will leverage his extensive industry expertise to further align the organization’s commercial businesses, including the company’s fleet management, upfitting, powertrain distribution, vehicle equipment manufacturing, and insurance divisions.
In his previous role, Dondlinger provided fourth-generation family leadership to the organization’s upfitting and manufacturing business. Under his guidance, the business experienced a period of unprecedented growth and success, positioning Holman as one of the premier leaders and innovators in this segment of the industry.
Nicoles’ New Duties as CAO

As president and chief administrative officer, Nicoles is now tasked with ensuring the company’s corporate services continue to provide proactive, strategic support for Holman’s 10,000-plus employees and driving operational excellence.
Since joining the organization in 2004, Nicoles has spearheaded key initiatives across several departments. Holman said she displayed remarkable business acumen and a profound understanding of Holman’s unique customer service culture.
