Chris Conroy, Holman’s CEO, emphasizes that the company's success comes from staying true to the simple yet profound philosophy passed down by Joe Holman: “Focus on the customer in front of you, and deliver the best experience possible.” This philosophy, along with deeply rooted values, continues to propel Holman into its next century.

Holman’s 100th anniversary is being celebrated throughout 2024 with various events for employees and their families, ensuring the legacy of driving what’s right extends beyond business and into the heart of the Holman community.
