Fuel Insights Without the Extra Steps

With the integration, users gain real-time insights into spending, transaction history, and expense trends all within the Fleet360 platform. This streamlined access helps reduce fuel shrinkage, simplify reporting, and eliminate the need to switch between systems.

“We are thrilled to partner with RTA, a top-tier fleet management solution, to bring greater transparency and efficiency to fleet operations,” said Mary Akhavan, director of partnership at RoadFlex. “By integrating our transaction data into RTA’s FMIS, fleet managers can make more informed decisions and streamline expense tracking.”

Fleet360 is widely used across public sector and enterprise fleets for budgeting, performance reporting, and technician workflow management. The addition of RoadFlex data gives users a more complete view of both operational and financial performance.

"RTA strives to provide our customers with innovative solutions to common fleet problems,” added Kevin Burdick, VP of Sales at RTA. “RoadFlex has built the future of fuel and expense management in our industry, and we're excited to work with them.”
