As SCE accelerates its utility fleet's electrification efforts, GM and EVgo are expanding the charging infrastructure to support EV adoption nationwide.

GM and EVgo Surpass 2,000 Public Fast Charging Stalls

In collaboration with EVgo, GM has surpassed 2,000 co-branded public fast charging stalls across the U.S. The latest station in Murrieta, California, features five 350kW fast chargers capable of serving up to 10 EVs simultaneously, conveniently located near shopping and dining venues.

This initiative is part of a broader plan to install 2,850 fast charging stalls nationwide, focusing on accessible locations like grocery stores, retail centers, and urban hubs to make EV charging more convenient—especially for drivers without home charging options.
