NTEA has announced that Jeffrey Gitomer will be the keynote speaker at The Work Truck Show 2019. Gitomer will discuss the difference between loyalty and satisfaction, encouraging each member of the audience to rise above industry challenges, maintain a reputation of trust, and find personal satisfaction in a job well-done.
His keynote address takes place Thursday, March 7, as part of President’s Breakfast.

The Work Truck Show 2019 runs March 5-8 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. Sessions begin March 5, and the exhibit hall is open March 6-8.
