Work Truck is continuing its monthly video interview series, Shades of Fleet, spotlighting the people who keep the fleet industry moving every day.

June’s theme, Pride in Motion, focuses on LGBTQIA+ professionals and allies across the fleet industry and the importance of building workplaces where people feel respected, supported, and able to show up as themselves.

This month isn’t about corporate slogans or checking boxes. It’s about real experiences. Feeling welcomed on a team, finding confidence in your voice, navigating workplace culture, learning where you belong, supporting coworkers in meaningful ways, and helping create an industry where more people feel like there’s space for them.

Whether you work in fleet management, maintenance, operations, safety, telematics, manufacturing, sales, service, consulting, administration, or anywhere else in the fleet ecosystem, your perspective matters.

Participants will record a short video interview using guided prompts and a simple recording link. No special setup required.

LGBTQ+ professionals across the fleet industry, as well as allies who actively support inclusion and belonging in their workplaces and teams, are invited to participate.
