WernerCo gave away a new truck this week to one excited employee from their manufacturing facility in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
The winner, Aldo Diaz, won a new Dodge Ram 1500 Truck with $18,000 in accessories alone. Diaz is a second shift welder and was selected from more than 3,000 entries that were based on perfect attendance at Werner's manufacturing plant.
This reward is just another creative example of how employers are engaging, retaining, and rewarding employees.

The truck featured a number of details in addition to the accessories, including:
