The VIPAR Heavy Duty family of companies has established a relief fund to help the employees of VIPAR Heavy Duty, Power Heavy Duty and other aftermarket warehouse distributors severely impacted by the recent hurricanes and earthquakes.

“Many businesses were located in the paths of the devastating hurricanes in the Caribbean and Southern U.S. and in the surrounding areas near the earthquakes in Mexico. While the majority of our distributors escaped the storms with minimal damage, some of our distributors’ employees were less fortunate,” said Chris Baer, president and CEO, VIPAR Heavy Duty. “The effects of these disasters will have a lasting impact on these families as they start an arduous cleanup and rebuild process. Thankfully we are part of an industry that generously supports its own in times of need. Organizing this relief fund is one way we can contribute to help the families affected by these disasters.”
