Verizon Connect will be providing customers three months of free service for its fleet management platform and intelligent video solution, and is offering its field management solution for small and medium businesses for free through Sept. 30, 2020, according to Verizon. The company also announced an expansion to its field management solution, Reveal Field, with the launch of Reveal Field Plus.
Reveal Field Plus provides advanced features in addition to those included with Reveal Field. The new features on Reveal Field Plus include, technician alert delay notifications, the ability to better monitor and track job performances, improved customer feedback solutions, and new methods to increase brand awareness.
