Toyota Announces Pricing for 2014 4Runner and Tacoma
Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc. announced 2014 manufacturer’s suggested retail prices (MSRP) for the Tacoma compact pickup truckre and designed 4Runner mid-size sport utility vehicle (SUV).

Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc. announced 2014 manufacturer’s suggested retail prices (MSRP) for the Tacoma compact pickup truckre and designed 4Runner mid-size sport utility vehicle (SUV). Both vehicles will begin arriving at Toyota dealerships this month.
2014-MY Toyota Tacoma
The Toyota Tacoma, the best-selling compact pickup truck in the U.S. market, offers a sporty new SR appearance package for 2014 for Tacoma PreRunner and 4x4 Access Cab base grade models, along with four levels of Entune Audio. In conjunction with the Entune upgrade, the backup camera display has been moved from the rear-view mirror to the Entune head unit display. The Tacoma X-Runner sport truck is discontinued for 2014.
Tacoma offers two new exterior colors for 2014, Silver Sky Metallic and Blue Ribbon Metallic.
The MSRP for the 2014 Tacoma will range from $17,875 for the Regular Cab 4x2 with a four-cylinder engine and 5-speed manual transmission to $28,285 for the Double Cab 4x4 V6 Long Bed with a 5-speed automatic. The new pricing reflects an average increase of $100, or 0.4 percent.
Toyota 4Runner and Tacoma MSRPs do not include a delivery, processing and handling (DPH) fee of $860. The DPH fee for vehicles distributed by Southeast Toyota (SET) and Gulf States Toyota (GST) may vary.

2014 Toyota 4Runner
Currently In its fifth-generation, 4Runner continues as one of the few fully capable mid-size SUVs. The redesigned 2014 4Runner receives a rugged new exterior design, and interior refinements that add comfort and convenience without sacrificing its hallmark performance capability and excellent value, according to the manufacturer.
The 2014 4Runner is available in three grades: a well-equipped, value-driven SR5; top-of-the-line Limited, and a Trail grade for those who want maximum off-road capability. Optional third-row seats on SR5 and Limited allow for up to seven-person capacity.
4Runner owners will have the choice of a rear wheel 4x2, part-time 4x4 or a full-time multi-mode 4x4 with a locking center differential. All models are equipped with a powerful 4.0L, 270-hp V-6 teamed to a 5-speed ECT-i automatic transmission and one of the few vehicles that continues offer a transfer case.
The 2014 4Runner adds four new exterior colors that include: Super White; Attitude Black Metallic; Barcelona Red Metallic; and Nautical Blue Metallic. Carryover colors include: Blizzard Pearl; Classic Silver Metallic; Magnetic Gray Metallic; and Black.
New for 2014 on SR5 and Trail grade 4Runner models is Entune Audio Plus, which includes Toyota’s Entune multimedia system, an AM/FM/MP3 CD player with eight speakers, integrated SiriusXM Satellite Radio (includes 90-day trial subscription), USB port with iPod connectivity, and Bluetooth hands-free phone capability and music streaming.
Standard on the Limited grade is the new Entune Premium JBL Audio system, which incorporates today’s most in-demand connectivity features. It includes the Entune multimedia system, a JBL premium sound system with navigation, SiriusXM Satellite Radio (with a 90-day trial subscription), HD Radio with iTunes tagging and 15 speakers.
New SR5 and Trail Premium grades are available with added standard equipment including SofTex seats, Entune Premium Audio with Navigation and App Suite, power tilt/slide moonroof, power passenger seats, electrochromatic mirror, HomelinkGarage Door Opener, and 120V AC in the cargo area.
With the addition of an array of additional standard equipment, including formerly optional equipment that is now standard, 4Runner maintains its excellent value.
The MSRP for the 4Runner Trail 4x4 is $35,725, reflecting a price decrease of $1,430, or 4.0 percent. The new Trail Premium grade is priced at $38,645.
The MSRP for the 2014 4Runner SR5 will be $32,820 for the 4x2 model and $34,695 for the 4x4, an increase of $1,330, or 4.0 percent. The new SR5 Premium grade will be priced at $35,740 for the 4x2 and $37,615 for the 4x4.
The 4Runner Limited will carry an MSRP of $41,365 for the 4x2 and $43,400 for the 4x4, an increase of $2,370, or 6.0 percent.
