CYPRESS, CA - Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. has rolled out two new sizes of its popular Toyo M154 ultra-premium, regional highway commercial tire. The two new sizes are 265/75R22.5 and 245/75R22.5, both in load range G.
Released in 2008, the M154 incorporates Toyo Tires' proprietary e-balance design technology which improves both endurance and resistance to irregular wear. Ideal for steer applications, but well suited for use in any position, this new design tire helps to reduce fuel consumption while delivering reliable operation, according to Toyo.
Toyo Tires will showcase the M154 and the rest of its commercial product line at the Work Truck Show March 4-6, in Chicago. Of particular interest to these show goers will be the M143 and M608Z. Both product lines were recently expanded to include a size of 225/70R19.5, in load range G. This size is ideal for the new Ford F-450 and F-550, popular workhorses in the truck market.
The M143 is an all-position; all-steel low-profile radial designed using Toyo Tires' DSOC II computer technology. It includes a special Belt-Defender compound to increase durability and casing life by fighting heat and stress. The M608Z is a premium drive axle tire has an extra wide block and lug pattern for reliable service when road conditions provide an extra challenge.
"We are pleased to roll-out our new offerings of the M154 for our highly valued medium truck operators," said Ron Gilbert, director of sales, commercial products, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. "Toyo Tires strives to deliver the utmost in product quality, a principle which results in excellent value for the end users."
