Supreme Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of specialized commercial vehicles, including truck bodies, trolleys, and specialty vehicles, kicked off its 40th anniversary celebration at the 2014 NTEA show in Indianapolis, showcasing several work truck bodies with special 40thanniversary decals and logos.
As part of the company’s 40th anniversary celebration, Supreme also presented commemorative plaques to both NTEA and Isuzu during the NTEA show, to honor their 50th and 30th anniversaries, respectively.
“Supreme started with a humble beginning of 25 employees and has grown into a nationwide organization with six manufacturing locations and over 1,500 employees,” stated Mark Weber, president and CEO of Supreme Corporation. “Our success is, in no small part, a result of our focus on offering top-quality commercial products delivered on time to our network of dedicated dealers and end users.”
With nationwide operations, including six manufacturing facilities and one additional sales and service facility positioned strategically throughout the United States, Supreme now serves every major geographic market, offering a complete line of work truck bodies, specialty vehicles and trolleys. The company also manufactures its own truck side walls, comprised of Fiberglass Reinforced Plywood (FRP), which is manufactured at its Tower Structural Laminating facility, differentiating Supreme from other truck body manufacturers.
“Our national footprint enables us to offer high-quality work trucks delivered on time – from dry freight delivery to refrigeration,” said Kerri Walker, VP of marketing for Supreme Corporation. “Our core business leverages relationships with major OEM chassis pools and body programs, as well as national fleet leasing companies.”
