Stellar Industries, a 100% employee-owned and -operated manufacturer of mechanic and service trucks, service cranes, and more, has again given back to the local Iowa community. Employees raised over $20,000 for the United Way of North Central Iowa and Stellar matched the donation.
A grand total of $40,368 was donated to United Way during the 2024 holiday season. Stellar’s annual donation to United Way of North Central Iowa is a reminder of the company’s commitment to the communities they call home.
In 2024, Stellar also contributed to local initiatives, including donating a UR10 collaborative robot to North Iowa Area Community College’s (NIACC) Industrial Automation and Robotics Technology (IART) program, a substantial monetary donation to a local childcare center in Garner, and more.
“Charitable giving has always been a priority for Stellar and our employees,” said David Zrostlik, President of Stellar. “To once again be able to provide a wonderful organization with funds raised by our dedicated employees is truly an honor.”
Stellar channels its corporate giving toward initiatives in communities, social services and education. The company currently operates facilities in:
Garner, Kanawha, and Mason City, Iowa
Hastings, Nebraska
Galion, Ohio
Pottstown, Pennsylvania
To be considered for Stellar’s corporate giving program, interested parties can complete and submit an online application form. A team at Stellar reviews donation requests monthly.
Details regarding the application process and eligibility criteria can be found on Stellar’s website.
