Work Truck is continuing its monthly video interview series, Shades of Fleet, highlighting the people who keep the fleet industry moving every day.

July's theme, Next Up in Fleet, shines a spotlight on the next generation of industry professionals. From apprentices and interns to early-career technicians, coordinators, analysts, and emerging leaders, these are the people stepping into the industry today and helping shape where fleet goes tomorrow.

Who Should Answer the Call for Voices this Month?

This month is about fresh perspectives. What attracted younger professionals to fleet? What has surprised them about the industry? What opportunities excite them most? It's also about mentorship, career growth, and experiences that help prepare the next generation to lead. As fleet continues to evolve through new technology, changing workforce dynamics, and shifting expectations, these voices offer an important look at what's ahead.
