SafeKey Corporation announced the hire of Trent Gilles to its product management team. SafeKey’s technologies serve both the commercial trucking and consumer retail industries.

Gilles brings more than 10 years of project and product leadership experience. He has successfully managed broad product portfolios through all stages of the product lifecycle, both internally and through alignment with third-party development partners. His expertise lies in coordinating multi-level, cross-functional, and cross-company teams to create and market successful new products and integrated solutions.

Before joining SafeKey, Gilles spent the past decade at PeopleNet Communications, starting as a product training specialist in 2006 and working his way up to a senior product manager. During his experience at PeopleNet Communications, he conducted and managed customer-centric project teams, maintained key client and partner relationships, evaluated and implemented improvements to the current sales programs, and assisted with recruiting and training new team members.
