Matthew Betz Named Chair of 2024 Global Fleet Conference
Did you hear, one of Work Truck's editorial advisory board members has a new role? Matthew Betz was named chair of the 2024 Global Fleet Conference this past March.
Betz has over 35 years of experience in the fleet industry, working with major fleets across North America. Most recently, Betz held a fleet management position at DTE Energy in Detroit. Recently retired, Betz was responsible for implementing the DTE Fleet EV strategy and has strongly supported DTE’s keen focus on fleet safety.
“Matt’s deep industry knowledge, stage presence, and relationships are the perfect complement to take GFC into 2024, grow the conference, and deliver the education that global fleet managers need,” said Chris Brown, conference chair of the Fleet Forward and Fleet Safety Conferences.
