COUNCIL BLUFFS, IOWA - Mike Redding has been named to lead Omaha Standard PALFINGER's (OSP) Customer Support Group for OSP's extensive line of service/utility bodies, platform bodies, hydraulic hoists, and hydraulic liftgates as well as the Company's new line of mechanics bodies, telescopic cranes, and air compressors.

A thirty-three year veteran of the Omaha Standard PALFINGER family, Mike brings a wealth of experience to his new role.  During his tenure he has developed a strong reputation for his extensive product knowledge and dedication to satisfying customer needs.

"We have clearly identified the need to expand the aftermarket support of our products as we introduce more complex products into the marketplace and as our installed base of products grows" explains Mark Whaley, Executive Vice President.  "Additionally, Mike will become the front-line service contact for our line of PALFINGER PSC cranes, PAL Pro Crane Bodies and PALFINGER Air Compressors produced at our Council Bluffs facility."
