- Vehicles: 2018-2021 Navigator, Expedition, 2020-2021 Explorer, Lincoln Aviator, and 2021 F-150
- Potential Units Affected: 741,195
- Component: Powertrain
- Breakdown: The transmission park pawl may engage while the vehicle is in motion, resulting in park system damage.
- Solution: Dealers will update the powertrain control module software, and inspect and replace any damaged transmission components as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed Aug. 3, 2026.

- Breakdown: The fender flares may not be properly secured and detach from the vehicle.
- Solution: Dealers will inspect and repair, or replace the fender flares as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed Aug. 10, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated in late August 2026.

- Vehicles: 024-2027 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid and 2025-2027 Explorer Hybrid
- Potential Units Affected: 66,383
- Component: Back over prevention, forward collision avoidance
- Breakdown: A software error may prevent the vehicle from making the pedestrian warning sound at certain speeds.
- Solution: Dealers will replace the digital signal processing module in Nautilus Hybrid vehicles equipped with 28 speakers, free of charge. The remedy is currently under development for all other Nautilus and Explorer Hybrid vehicles affected by this recall. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed Aug. 3, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available.

- Breakdown: When the headlight switch is turned from "Autolamps" to "Headlamps On," the Daytime Running Lamps (DRLs) may remain fully bright instead of dimming to parking lamps as intended.
- Solution: Dealers will reprogram the body control module software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 6, 2026.

- Breakdown: The power-operated windows may exert excessive force when encountering an object, before they automatically reverse.

- Breakdown: Quickly moving the shift lever from Park to Drive may cause a loss of gear indication on the instrument cluster display and a momentary selection of an unintended gear, such as Reverse or Neutral.

- Breakdown: A loss of signal between the transmission output shaft speed sensor and the powertrain control module (PCM) can cause the transmission to unexpectedly downshift into first gear.

- Breakdown: The vehicle specifications listed on the tire placard and safety certification labels may be incorrect, including the VIN, capacity weight, seating capacity, front and rear gross axle weight rating (GAWR), tire and rim dimensions, and recommended cold tire pressure.
- Solution: Dealers will inspect and if necessary, replace the certification and TREAD labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 3, 2026.

- Vehicles: 2021-2026 Bronco Sport and 2022-2026 Maverick
- Potential Units Affected: 4,653
- Component: Suspension
- Breakdown: The front lower control arm ball joints may have been incorrectly installed or incorrectly repaired at the vehicle assembly plant, allowing the control arm to disconnect from the front wheel knuckle.
- Solution: Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until the remedy is completed. Dealers will inspect and repair the front lower control arm ball joints as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed June 4, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available.

- Vehicles: 2025-2026 Explorer, Ranger, and Bronco

- Component: Engine and engine cooling
- Breakdown: The engine may fail, which can result in a loss of drive power.
- Solution: Dealers will replace the engine long block, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed June 5, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated in November 2026.

- Component: Seat belts
- Breakdown: The seat belt pretensioner in the driver and/or front passenger seat may inadvertently lock the seat belt, which will not allow the belt to retract or extend.
- Solution: Dealers will inspect and replace the seat belt retractors as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed June 8, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated in August 2026.

- Breakdown: The steering gear assembly may have a nut that was not properly tightened.
- Solution: Dealers will inspect and replace the steering gear assembly, if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Aug. 10, 2026.

- Vehicles: 2026 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana
- Potential Units Affected: 232
- Component: Steering
- Breakdown: The gear shifter may provide inaccurate gear selection feedback to the driver due to an incorrectly manufactured steering column assembly.
- Solution: Until the remedy is performed, owners are advised to visually verify the shift position indicator each time a gear is selected and always use the parking brake when the vehicle is parked. Dealers will replace the transmission control on the steering column, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 9, 2026.
Hyundai

- Breakdown: The vertical center of gravity with poles in the pole rack was not calculated properly, resulting in an incorrect pole rack capacity rating.
- Solution: Altec will provide owners with a safety alert placard, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Aug. 21, 2026.
- Recall Number: MAB-3330
- Vehicles: 2024-2026 AC Series Crane
- Potential Units Affected: 14
- Component: Equipment
- Breakdown: The inside joints between the side plates and the base plates of the 26-foot insulating personnel jib (IJ26) may be missing welds.
- Solution: Altec will advise owners to inspect the IJ26 jib for missing welds. If the welds are missing, the jib should be taken out of service immediately. Altec will add the missing welds or provide a repair procedure and kit, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed Aug. 7, 2026.

- Breakdown: The transmission park interlock may be missing, allowing the aerial device to operate while the chassis is not in park.
