The integration brings TRUCE driving metrics directly into Applause Scorecards, giving technicians real-time visibility into their driving performance alongside other key performance indicators. Organizations can use these insights to improve coaching, increase accountability, and link safe-driving achievements to incentive programs and bonuses.

Together, Applause and TRUCE help organizations build safer, more accountable teams by making driving performance a transparent, measurable, and rewardable part of everyday work.

Unlike traditional vehicle-centric telematics systems, TRUCE delivers employee-focused safety insights through the mobile devices technicians already use every day, cutting the cost of video-telematics by roughly half. Drivers access both TRUCE and Applause directly on their phones, and because both are mobile-native, their driving metrics are always employee-specific and flow automatically into Applause Scorecards.
