As Recall Masters hits the 10-year mark in delivering automotive recall management and retention solutions, the company is using this milestone to reflect on a decade of progress in vehicle safety and connect with fleet professionals at the 2025 NAFA Institute & Expo in Long Beach, California.

Founded in 2015, Recall Masters has grown into a trusted data and communications partner across the automotive industry. Known for helping dealerships and manufacturers manage recalls, the company’s Enterprise Services division has expanded its reach collaborating with rental fleets, government agencies, and platform providers to integrate recall data that keeps vehicles and drivers safer on the road.

“The team at Recall Masters is incredibly proud of how far we’ve come in 10 years,” said Dean Ricciardulli, Senior Director of Enterprise and OEM Relations. “While this will be our first time exhibiting at NAFA, it’s the perfect place to celebrate our journey and share our solutions with organizations that prioritize safety just as much as we do.”

Recall Masters will be one of many companies showcasing technology and trends shaping the future of fleet operations at the 2025 I&E. NAFA’s annual event brings together fleet leaders across industries — from utilities and education to government and corporate operations — which Recall Masters said makes it the ideal place to spotlight its proprietary API solution that connects fleets to a database of more than 12,000 NHTSA and OEM-issued recalls.

With a decade behind them and eyes on the future, Recall Masters continues to push for safer roads, one recall at a time.
