Prime Design announces several staff and role changes effective December 1, including a new strategic account manager and product manager.
First, Prime Design is pleased to announce the hiring of Dennis DeLeonard who will serve in the newly created role of strategic account manager. In this position, he will focus on providing service to national fleet accounts and upfitters in the eastern region of North America.
“Dennis has more than 35 years of experience within the transportation industry. He most recently worked as a consultant and has held sales and marketing positions at Truck Accessories Group (TAG) and Durakon Industries,” said Don Fishel, Utility Division vice president for Safe Fleet (Prime Design’s parent company).
With the addition of DeLeonard, Larry Bertrand has been promoted to a similar position of strategic account manager serving the western region of North America. Bertrand began his career at Prime Design in 2012 and has gained valuable experience as a customer liaison.
With the promotion of Bertrand, Tom Seifert will assume the responsibilities of product manager (the position vacated by Bertrand) in addition to managing the inside sales team.
“Tom began his career at Prime Design in 1999 and has developed extensive hands-on experience, making him a natural fit for the additional responsibilities of Product Manager,” said Fishel.
Established in 1992, Prime Design, based in West Saint Paul, Minn., is a manufacturer of ladder storage solutions for fleet vehicles.
