Ideal for in-truck, in-cab scanning (or anywhere a laptop computer is used), Plustek's line of ultra-portable document imaging scanners are designed to capture critical documents quickly at their source, reducing business cycle times and improving payment times. Using this method, proof-of-delivery information can now be provided in minutes instead of days. In addition, errors normally caused by manual data entry are reduced and mailing costs can be eliminated.
Plustek offers an entire line of scanners aimed at scanning such document as: delivery receipts, bills of lading, invoices, timesheets, receipts, logs, trip reports and mileage reports.
Plustek models will include: the OpticSlim M12, OpticSlim M12 Plus, OptiCard 821, SmartOffice D600, SmartOffice D28, SmartOffice PS281, and the SmartOffice PS282.
